Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Planning and scheduling of major Civil Construction works for ZCC and structural steel building and highway road projects.
2. Take the entire responsibilities to guide planning engineers in the team.
3. Initiate and maintain internal project monitoring system.
4. Draw out detailed work schedule as per project plan for smooth and timely completion of the project.
6. Monitoring site activities and preparing reports for recovery plans for delays.
7. Allocating resources in the schedule, tracking progress against planned progress.
8. Preparing reports to client’s representatives and construction program manager.
9. Supervision on all internal and external scheduling.
10. Apply commonly used engineering calculation, practices and precedents for initiating and completing engineering projects related to the construction.
11. Planning for coming new projects, planning Engineer is responsible to make project planning, financial planning, engineering planning, manpower planning etc.
12. If required, so visit the site offices, and company will provide flight for mobilization.
13. Monitor and supervise construction and engineering service contractors.
14. Assist in the development of the organization structures.
15. Creative, competent and honest for the company and can keep the company secrets.
16. Performs any other duties assigned by the Project Manager. |

| Qualifications |
At least Bsc.Civil Engineering.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in relevant field.
Excellent Communication skills including Dari/Pashto and English.
Must Operate Computer and Ms Office.
