| Job Description |

Wazir Zoi Construction Company is established in 2005, with main aims of participating in the construction process of war sacked Afghanistan. With its main office in Kabul and sub-offices in Paktia, Jalalabad, and Khost,The basic target of the company, constructing Afghanistan with latest machineries, is the only code for WZCC; our goals is to Reconstruct Afghanistan
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Managing the site and control all the activities on site.
2. Undertaking technical and feasibility studies and site Management
3. Assessing the potential risks of specific projects, as well as undertaking risk management is specific roles.
4. Produce detail and documentations for the construction and implementation of projects.
5. Organize delivery of material, plant and equipment needed for the construction project and supervise labors.
6. Be in touch with QC engineer and give creative idea to improve quality of work and material.
7. Supervising the operation and maintenance of civil work on site.
8. Overseeing the work of junior staff throughout the life of project.
9. Thinking both creatively and logically to solve design and developments problems.
10. Constantly monitor and report on the progress of a project.
11. Assist project plan and cost estimation.
12. Review and approve project drawing.
13. Suggests areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions.
14. manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
15. Perform any other task related to his job. |

| Qualifications |
1. Degree in engineering is required.
2. At least 2 years experience in road projects.
4. Familiar with, USAID & IRD projects.
5. Consistently acknowledges and appreciates each team member's contributions.
6. Excellent Organizational, multitasking and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
7. Knowledge of Ms Office and related Programs
8. Ms Project
9. Able to create a work team for the current project
10. Command on speaking and writing English language. |
