| Job Description |
Nationality: Afghan
Durukhshan Agricultural and Social Association (DASA) is the association of Afghan Ag Depots (farm stores), registered with the ministry of Chamber of Commerce, government of Afghanistan. DASA has more than 500 Ag Input suppliers and more than 400 member farmers for productions of certified and locally accepted seeds. DASA is working in the areas of Livestock, Agriculture, Improved Seeds, Agri-Machinery, Drip-Irrigation, Green Houses, Distribution and all other Agro-Inputs. DASA has 300 Ag-Depots (farm stores) in 19 provinces and cities/119 villages of remote areas in Afghanistan. That the high quality agro-products are sold in them.
Duties & Responsibilities: 1. Is responsible for all the province level and district level goods quality control.
2. Makes sure that the seed, urea and DAP is according to the required quality and no bag is torn and each bag has 50kg weight.
3. Instructs the provincial and district Ag Depots stock keepers to put the seed in lots of variety wise, urea and DAP companies wise to makes them ready for sampling of goods for laboratory tests.
4. Immediately report any defect in terms of quality and quantify of seed, urea and DAP to the Technical and Quality Project Mangers and the provincial Management and Administrative (M&A) Field Officer.
5. Cooperate with donor quality control personal in provision of opportunity for them to do their sampling.
6. Priorities the delivery, stocking and distribution of those provinces and districts that the growing season starts earlier than other provinces or districts and/or the roads are going to be blocked due to the snow fall and/or raining.
7. Perform any other task instructed by her supervisor.

| Qualifications |
1. Graduated from faculty of agriculture/agronomy.
3. One to two- years of work experiences at a similar positions.
4. Strong interpersonal & communications skills.
6. Working knowledge of spoken and written English.
7. Working knowledge of local languages.
8. Proficiency in computer skills, particularly with systems such as Windows as well as Office 2003-2007.
9. Willing to work long hours and regular attendance is essential.
