Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Prepare Quantity take- off/Bill of Quantities for tendering purposes.
2. Prepare/analyze cost estimates and quantity take-off for change items (variation orders)
3. Assist QS in evaluating progress billing of subcontractors and recommend payment accordingly.
4. Assist QS in preparation of monthly progress report.
5. Perform complex and diverse tasks and responsibilities of considerable difficulty.
6. Compile and analyze data on all factors that influence costs such as materials, labor, etc.
7. Interpreting contract drawings and specifications and where disputes occur, documenting and arranging solutions.
8. Ability to manage own work strategy to meet deadlines. |

| Qualifications |
1. Graduate of Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying (Degree or Diploma)
2. At least 5 years experience
3. Experience in doing the job for UNDP, USAID, WFP, AFCEE projects |
