Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Reporting to Technical Manager
2. Prepare Technical and Price Proposals
3. Coordinate the interface works with QS and Estimator
4. Ability to manage own work strategy to meet deadlines.
5. Perform complex and diverse tasks and responsibilities of considerable difficulty. |

| Qualifications |
1. Graduate of any Engineering Discipline (Degree or Diploma)
2. At least 5 years experience in preparing the job for UNDP, USAID, WFP, AFCEE projects
