Afghanpharma Distributing Company registered at No.3226 as a limited company started its activities under the regulations of Ministry of Commerce and Ministry of Health of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan in 1996.
The company imports medicines and medical equipments from the world’s well-known and liable companies under the laws and regulations of Afghanistan state and direct supervision of the MOPH.
The company with 4 official branches in the cities of Kabul,Herat,Mazar-e-Sharif,Kandahar and 23 sales agencies in Farah.Helmand,Kanadahar,Heart,Kabul.Ghazni,Jalalabad,Khost,Kunduz,Mazar-e-Sharif,Baghlan,Samangan,Takhar,Juzjan,Sarpul,Faryab and Badghis provinces, providing the high quality medicine to the people.
Its objective is to actively provide and become a primer player in the rapidly growing market in the region and in the segment that provides products and services to the local economies.
Afghanpharma success is based on distributing and supplying products to all parts of Afghanistan in its appropriate manner with reasonable price in required time
Producing inside the country is the main goal for the Afghanpharma and wants to gradually change the procedure of importing to producing, a step toward self sufficiency. We have the pleasure to announce that the construction of the factory which has started last year going to be completed by the end of 2009 and will offer its products to the market Enshallah.
Duties & Responsibilities: 1. Develop visitors training package, that includes session plans and additional resources/supplies. 2. Develop training materials and programs for visitors. 3. Observe training sessions in order to assess their effectiveness. 4. Collect, aggregate and analyze site visit and training observission data for the Managing Director. 5. Coordinate with sales manager to manage the company expansion goal into new landing market area 6. Colaborate the business development efforts to built new clients relation. 7. Prepare progressive reports to update Managing Director on the success of the program. |

| Qualifications |
-Bachelor degree in Medicine or Economy, but knowledge of medicine is preferred. -At least 2 years experience in management of marketing mobilization -Knowledge of training and experience on monitoring the set up program/activities -Able to take the initiative and respond quickly to the Market opportunities/ requirements -Working knowledge of MS word excel and PowerPoint -Ability to manage and motivate employees and to handle stress and work under pressure. -Flexible, punctual and hard working. -Be creative, competent and honest for the company's secrets |
