| Job Description |
Nationality: Afghan
Rehabilitation Association and Agriculture Development for Afghanistan (RAADA) is a non-governmental organization established on 01/11/2002. The organization entails a board directors consisted of 6 members which puts the policy grounds of the organization.
RAADA mission statement is "Mitigating poverty and contributing to reconstruction and development process in Afghanistan through community based solutions and interventions".
Duties & Responsibilities: 1. Manage the Comprehensive Support to “Vulnerable Families to increase their Access for Food Facilities Project” overall program, operation, administration, logistic and other activities of the sub office to achieve the project goal, objectives based on the action plan and schedule.
2. Coordinate with other related government departments and agencies to support the beneficiaries and solving their cases.
3. Ensure for creation and maintain of a safe and confidential environment among the staffs and the clients in project area and project staff performance to be refrained from judgment on issues relating to the client and ethnicity of the client.
4. Monitor and evaluate projects related sections activities and the project staff responsibilities to be performed according to project goal and objectives.
5. Prepare monthly, quarterly and final progress narrative reports to be sent to RAADA main office in Herat to be reported to donor.
6. Ensure to be established a good referral system according to the client’s need.
7. Participate in workshops, seminars, and other related coordination meetings, based on requirement.
8. Supervise the project supervisors and head of each section of the project to perform their daily activities properly in Zendajan District.
9. Monitor the financial, administration and logistic activities to be performed based on RAADA policy and procedure and review the financial documents and reports before sending to RAADA main office or to related provincial government departments.
10. Conduct monthly meetings with the project senior staffs about implementation of over all project activities improvement.
11. Perform any other related task as directed by RAADA executive director or program manager. |

| Qualifications |
- Education of university degree or equivalent in Agriculture, Veterinary, Economy, etc
- Minimum two years working experience with National or International NGOs
- Having general legal and social programs knowledge and communication skills
- Having of English language knowledge and Commuter proficiency is essential
- Creative, proactive and talented at task performance, communication and planning independently
- Management and monitoring skills |
