| Job Description |
Nationality: Afghan
Rehabilitation Association and Agriculture Development for Afghanistan (RAADA) is a non-governmental organization established on 01/11/2002. The organization entails a board directors consisted of 6 members which puts the policy grounds of the organization.
In a consortium with AHDAA & WASSA, two other national NGOs, RAADA is launchings a project under the name of "Comprehensive Support to Vulnerable Families to Increase their Access to Food Facilities o" or AFF funded by CA.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. To maintain mutual and positive relationship with target communities and work with communities to ensure community contribution and participation
2. To liaise with relevant governmental offices at field level regarding project activities.
3. Having close cooperation with project manager
4. To attend relevant training workshops
5. To present the project in donor meetings
6. To prepare and submit weekly achievement reports to project manager
7. Other related activities that may be ordered during the project by project or program manager |

| Qualifications |
- University degree in social science or minimum a Bachelor degree
- Minimum 3 year working experience with National or International NGOs, in particular in rural areas
- Having good social relationships
- Experience of working with communities, specifically in target communities
- Experience and skill in report writing preferably in English
- Having general legal and social programs knowledge and communication skill
- Computer knowledge (PowerPoint, word and excel programs) |
