| Job Description |
Nationality: Afghan
The Association of Private Hospitals of Afghanistan (APHA) is a professional organization established in July, 2007 to support the development of the private health sector in Afghanistan. Although the APHA represents all private hospitals in Afghanistan, currently it has a membership about 50 private hospitals in Kabul and 70 hospitals across the country.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. To implement APHA action plan effectively and efficiently
2. To liaise effectively with APHA member hospitals
3. To develop TOR for APHA's Commissions' Heads
4. To facilitate trainings, seminars and workshops for APHA as per the work plan
5. To schedule and arrange coordination meetings with APHA partners
6. To facilitate APHA’s members meeting regularly
7. To follow up with APHA commissions' heads for achieving the sat out targets
8. To provide the required information for the commissions’ heads
9. To assist APHA president in identifying the potential fund raising opportunities
10. To be the focal point for the key stakeholders
11. To improve the current financial system, identify the gaps and apply the corrective measures
12. To provide monthly technical and financial reports to APHA Board of Director and the donor
13. Perform any other duties assigned by APHA President |

| Qualifications |
1. Hold an MD degree or equivalent
2. Have at least five year management experience
3. Be excellent team player
4. Be result oriented
5. Have excellent communication skills
6. Be experienced in working with private sector
7. Be able to operate with Ms Office and internet
8. Be able to work extra hours
9. Experience in working with USAID funded project is an advantage |
