Duties & Responsibilities:
1. The QCM (Quality Control Manager) will be the top level person after the PM in project and responsible for the projects
Quality Control.
2. Prepare QC reports on daily, weekly and monthly bases.
3. Review and check test results conducted by the sub-contractors or assigned by the donors/consultant.
4. Monitor quality of aggregates production for crushed aggregate Sub-base & base courses and so DBST.
5. Review concrete mix design submitted by sub- contractor or submitting to donors/consultant.
6. Monitor all sampling and testing of all construction materials delivered.
7. The QCM will deal with the client, consultant and supervise, direct our contractor staff for the proper quality.
The QCM will be responsible for the project quality control.
8. Ensure that all the works has been done accordingly to the donor requirements.
9. Exchanges communication and correspondence between the donors, ALAAC & clients/sub-contractor.
10. Maintain good working relation with other organization, donors and governmental and non-governmental organization.
11. Assigned other responsibilities may given by the Project Manager. |

| Qualifications |
1. At least have ten (5) years total experience in Engineering, Construction and or Construction Management.
2. At least have five (2) years experience in construction quality control and material testing.
4. A Degree in Civil Engineering.
5. Fluency in English (written & spoken) including the national languages too (Pashto/Dari).
6. Extensive knowledge of MS word package.
7. Good communication skill.
8. High level of integrity and trustworthiness.
9. Hard working, accurate, motivation, taking responsibility and meeting deadlines. |
