| Job Description |
Nationality: Afghan
PIN (People In Need) is a Czech NGO providing humanitarian and development assistance in crisis regions. PIN mission in Afghanistan opened in December 2001 and has focused mainly on education, reintegration of returnees, water and sanitation and rural development. Currently, PIN has fifteen program offices in Balkh, Baghlan, Takhar, Paktia, Nangarhar provinces and 2 central offices in Kabul and Mazar-e-Sharif.
Duties & Responsibilities:
The experience Water and Sanitation Head Trainer shall be responsible for management and coordination of Water and Sanitation training and education activities such as community mobilization, hygiene trainings, training of trainers, establishment of Water committees and Operation and Maintenance systems.
He/she shall be responsible in particular for:
1. Overall management of the soft component of WatSan program and coordination with engineering team.
2. Conduction of a baseline and evaluation studies, assessments.
3. Preparation and conduction of activity plans.
4. Local staff recruitment, management and coordination.
5. Preparation of reports.
6. Directly responsible to Project Manager and expatriate Program Officer.
7. Coordination with other programs. |

| Qualifications |
A fitting candidate for the position of Water and Sanitation Head Trainer position should have:
1. Experience with project management and supervision of staff (proven record)
2. Experience in training and/or education sector in general.
3. Experience with WatSan programs and hygiene trainings, designing methodologies and tailor-made trainings.
4. Excellent administrative and communication skills.
5. Highly organized, responsible and reliable manner.
6. Excellent knowledge of spoken & written Dari and English.
7. Computer literate.
