| Job Description |
1) Attending Train-the-Trainer 2-day workshop in Kabul
2) Training ordinary citizens including women and marginalized populations in Human Rights through two hour workshops and half-day video discussion groups
3) Teaching at various levels to assist ordinary citizens with understanding Human Rights concepts
4) Working with local government officials and community to set-up, schedule and organizing training in district villages with the assistance of CACSS Operations Manager
5) Distributing all training materials and other project materials to participants and the community
6) Collecting oral and written feedback from participants for CACSS Kabul Main Office
7) Writing reports, taking attendance and reporting to CACSS Kabul Main Office weekly
8) Advising Operations Manager of workshop and discussion group related problems and assisting with problem solving
9) All other duties as assigned by the Project Manager

| Qualifications |
1. School graduate preferably university degree in Law and Political Sciences.
2. Two years plus legal awareness with good record.
3. Ability to speak, read and write Dari, knowledge of English a plus.
4. Ability to report and solve problems with programs.
5. Ability to communicate sensitive information to employees and other staff.
6. Ability to travel in the districts.
7. Microsoft Computer Word, Excel and Access.
8. Proactive and self motivated to work.
