Nationality: Afghan National
Afghanistan Rural Microcredit Programme (ARMP) is a not-for-profit Programme of the Aga Khan Agency for Microfinance (AKAM) which now operates microfinance programs and institutions in over 20 countries. The underlying objectives of the Programme are to alleviate economic and social exclusion; diminish the vulnerability of poor population; and reduce poverty. For more information, see: www.akdn.org
Duties & Responsibilities: 1.Establish and maintain relationships with the community organisations within the specific geographical area; 2.Explain the ARMP products to potential clients and encourage suitable applications 3.Assess new districts for business development and make business case to ARMP Head Office 4.Receive business plans from business enquiries, to make financial and technical analysis of business proposal 5.Make sure that each loan have enough valuable security; and in collaboration with MIS Officer return security documents properly to clients in finish time 6.Make sure that the loan application and other documents fill correctly and accurately 7.Advocate for client loan applications in loan committee meetings 8.Ensure that each borrower makes timely loan repayment 9.Ensure that his/her records reconcile with computer and manual office record 10.Ensure that each borrower received and keep the loan repayment records 11.Deal with delinquent loans, making full loan recovery 12.Undertake any other tasks allocated by the Branch Manager or Deputy Branch Manager |

| Qualifications |
-Education
High school or equivalent (grade 12)
-Work Experience
Minimum two years official working experience with an NGO / Microfinance institution
-Skills
-Understanding of business -Good level of proficiency in written and spoken Dari -Some knowledge of English -Some knowledge of any other language spoken in the area -Good interpersonal skills.
-Personal Traits
-Enthusiastic about work -Self-disciplined, self-motivated, resolute and value driven. -Respectful towards and tactful with staff, customers and members of the community -Proven integrity
