| Job Description |
Nationality: Afghan
The National Solidarity Program (NSP) was created by the Government of Afghanistan to develop the ability of Afghan communities to identify, plan manage and monitor their own development projects. NSP promotes a new development paradigm whereby communities are empowered to make decisions and control resources during all stages of the project cycle. In accordance with government policy the program is expected to lay the foundations for a long-term strengthening of local governance to make it more inclusive (e.g. for women, internally displaced persons, returnees and ethnic minorities) and to provide assistance for the reconstruction and development of communities.
Duties & Responsibilities: 1.Coordinate all NSP and MRRD staff training for the Provincial (POC) office staff and the Regional Office staff. 2.Conduct NSP Basic Introduction training for new staff. 3.Provide translations for training sessions conducted by international staff and other translation services for the Regional Office as needed. 4.Prepare monthly training reports and training schedules, including budgets, to the Training Unit head, NSP, HQ. 5.Coordinate all logistical and procurement services for Regional Office trainings. 6.Provide expert guidance to Training-of-Trainers (ToT) staff in the Region. 7.Conduct training needs assessments for all NSP employees (FP) in all the Region’s provinces.

| Qualifications |
1.University degree holder. 2.3-5 years experience working with NGOs, UN agencies or equivalent; including 2-3 years experience working as trainer and/or in organizing trainings/assessing training needs, including planning training, developing budgets, logistics, etc. 3.Strong ability to read and write English, Pashto, and Dari. 4.Strong computer skills (MS Office, email, internet). 5.Willing and available to travel frequently throughout the Region.
