.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1.work plan provision and arrangement on weekly , monthly , quarter, half year and preparing basic work guidelines for practical work on urban and regional planning( consulting with project manager)
2.Assimilation and analysis of in hand digits and figures of traffic and reports and collection of update digits and figures.
3.cooperation in producing work shops in provinces for introducing regional and urban planning guidance of directors, determined organizations and public
4.Assistance in creating or arranging work shops in provinces to introduce regional and urban planning with the help of directors, directorates and public.
5.Analyzing and evaluation of collected digits and figures for under plan providence and categorizing those digits and figures for future analysis and proposal in to concern or relevant groups (socio economic, infrastructure, residence living environment, demography, traffic and transport and GIS) for further analysis.
6.gathering of views, opinions and proposals of working group and forwarding it to project manager for final evaluation and sing it back to concern group for including it in physical plans and reports of regions
7.Preparing questionnaires and sheets for survey of traffic volume and transport necessity on regional and urban
8.presentation of opinion and defined proposal in relation to regional or localized roads, ring roads, rail road track, underground metro, air ports on city base, regional base and country base
9.preparing physical reports in regard to element , method, principle of planning
10.economic analysis production of proposed roads accumulation of roads and designing of road breakers for arrangement and recommendation for regions and under plan zones
11.assisting with project personnel in arrangement of reports editing , printing and arrangement of physical plan using computer programs such as GIS- Auto CAD and etc
12.any other task will be assigned by project manager

| Qualifications |
1.At least Bsc or BA degree or equivalent in architecture or civil engineering.
2.Good knowledge of English language and computer programs (AutoCAD, GIS).
3.To be able to travel to the zonal offices of the Ministry (MoUD).
4.To be able of conducting technical seminars and workshops.
