Duties & Responsibilities:
1. To drive the office vehicle safely for transport of authorized personnel;
2. To keep assigned vehicle clean both internally and externally;
3. To carry out daily preventive maintenance, including checking fuel & water check (radiator and wipers), lights, tires pressure, horn and general inspection of interior and exterior of the vehicle;
4. To maintain the vehicle logbook properly filled out with fleet information as well as maintenance of, and making sure it is signed properly by authorizing officer.
5. To assist mechanics to repair the vehicle;
6. To perform as a duty driver at non-official time as assigned by the supervisor.
7. To undertake any other tasks assigned from time to time;
8. To be able to travel to any province/part of Afghanistan. |

| Qualifications |
1. Completion of secondary or high school education;
2. Excellent communication skills;
3. 3 to 5 years driving experience preferably with international NGOs;
4. Good human relation and tactfulness;
5. Strong driving skills and a valid driving license is essential;
6. Knowledge of the vehicle repair is an advantage;
7. Must be familiar with Kabul;
8. Good level of English language is desirable.
9. Must be available 24 hours as accommodation and food will be provided. |
