One Television is a private Broadcasting Network in Afghanistan. The name of one intends to bring unity and solidarity among all tribes living in Afghanistan. The objective of 1TV is to promote Afghan culture by introducing new creative programs to its viewers.
OBJECTIVE: Successful Business Development professional with proven expertise in TV management & business, development, Dynamic, Energetic and team oriented professional that created revenue growth for the 1 TV.
Duties & Responsibilities: Major Task: - Overseeing the sales and marketing operations, thereby achieving increased sales growth. - Driving sales & marketing efforts involving effective promotional activities, product awareness with high potential clients for growth and profitability. - Conducting detailed market study to analyze the latest market trends and tracking competitor activities and providing valuable inputs for fine tuning the selling and the marketing strategies. - Executing various branding exercises, implementing sales & marketing promotion plans and retail concepts to generate incremental sales for achievement of revenue targets. - Planning campaigns / promotions / schemes from conceptualizing to launch stage, monitoring, analyzing campaign effects on sales. - Analyzing & reviewing the market response / requirements and communicating the same to the sales teams for accomplishment of the business goals.
Business Development - Managing business development activities and accountable for the top-line Profitability and increased sales growth. - Developing prospective clients across sectors for deeper market penetration. - Executing effective plans designed to assure achievement of agreed-to volume and profit objectives. - Strategies for maximizing profitability & revenue generation in line - New market mapped daily plan many area customer search for the result oriented work. - Analyzing business potential, conceptualizing & forecasting monthly/annual business targets, augment turnover & achieving desired targets. - Monitoring competitor activities & devising effective counter measures. - Formulating long term/short term strategic plans in changing Market Dynamics to enhance the business opportunities for the organization and to achieve numbers. - Developing new streams for revenue growth & maintaining relationships with customers to achieve repeat/ referral business. - Develop and execute marketing strategies and programs to increase Brand Awareness and Identity for Company's products/services.
Team Management. - Scheduling team assignments to achieve the pre set goals within time, quality & cost parameters. - Implementing marketing plans for augmenting the business volume by enhancing brand visibility & recall. - Reviewing & interpreting market scenario/ trends to fine-tune the marketing plans. - Implementing need-based business plans / strategies for maximizing profitability & revenue generation in line with the mission & vision of the company. - Providing guidance and support to the front-line team through target setting and reviewing measures. - Keeping & updating all required data & presenting the same to the top management for fine tuning the business strategies. |
