Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Analyzes technical data, designs, preliminary specifications, manufacturing limitations, supplier facilities, and availability of parts and equipment and material.
2. Consults with engineering personnel to establish performance criteria and specifications for procurement.
3. Investigates potential suppliers and recommends those most desirable.
4. Advises company personnel, suppliers, and customers of nature and function of material.
5. Interviews supplier representatives regarding specifications, costs, inspection, and similar problems relating to project material and equipments.
6. Arranges and participates in conferences between suppliers and engineers, purchasers, inspectors, and other company personnel to facilitate material inspection, substitution, standardization, rework, salvage, utilization, and economical procurement of parts and equipment installed in projects.
7. Must familiar with the market situation and must know the prices suitable for company's budget.
8. Must familiar with construction material and items regarding their drawings and specifications for the purpose of procurement.
9. Must have reasonable knowledge of procurement procedures.
10. Controlling Procurement Activity.
11. Establish data base format and update regularly.
12. Follow Up and reviewing technical and financial comparison.
13. Preparing contract documents for suppliers, sub - contract, contractors & consultants.
14. Negotiating with various contractors / consultants.
15. Preparation of draft contract / agreement.
16. Follow Up Suppliers / Sub Contracts and Consultants.
17. Reviewing the offer Technical and financial Data. |

| Qualifications |
1. 10 years experience in construction management field ("Tech + Proc" Management )
2. 5 Years at least in Proc Management for construction building with reputable co.
3. Must Operate Computer and Ms Office.
