Dema co. Ltd is a construction company serving in Engineering Sector for constructing new Afghanistan and is been active from last five years.


Duties & Responsibilities:
1.) Must experience in gravel roads and repairing.

2.) Can prepare & implement project plans for the design and construction of road construction project & will prepare the preparation of scope of work for subcontractor required for project execution.

3.) Can plan and co-ordinate with the logistics office, the procurement of equipment & supplies required for project execution.

4.) Can plan & co-ordinate with the administrative office the mobilization for project staff & hiring local employees & will develop the project organization & provide overall senior personal management project staff.

5.) Should have the ability to lead a multicultural staff in a stressful & demanding environment with little supervision.

6.) Experience of working on USAID, IRD, & PRT projects will be highly preferred.

7.) Must have road experience in the sections of

Road alignment
Lining out structure
Quality Control
Adhere to specification etc.
Qualifications 1. B.Sc. Civil Engineering.

2. Minimum (2) to (3) years of experience.

3. Must understand computer.

4. Must understand good English (Speaking, reading and writing).
