| Job Description |
Nationality: Afghan
International Medical Corps (IMC) is a global humanitarian nonprofit organization dedicated to saving lives and relieving suffering through health care training and relief programs. IMC is carrying out medical relief services in several provinces of Afghanistan.
Duties & Responsibilities: 1. Ensure classification, indications, dosage, side effects and contra-indications of all drugs dispensed at the pharmacy.
2. Organize and arrange a standard pharmacy room.
3. Manage dispense all pharmacy and stock in accordance with IMC protocol.
4. Ensure accurately document drug consumption.
5. Perform limited, select administrative duties such as recording and reporting of data, facility management, or coordination of specific educational programs.
6. Responsible for planning, implementation, supervision and monitoring of pharmacy related activities in the project.
7. Receive the supply and check its accuracy.
8. Conduct training for clinic pharmacists.
9. Prevent out of stock days.
10. Identity and report problems that interfere in the delivery of services.
11. Provide monthly activity report.
12. Provide weekly and monthly expenditure and receiving reports.
13. Keep record of soft and hard Pharmacy related data timely base.
14. Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor. |

| Qualifications |
1. Collage/ University Degree.
2. At least 2 years experience of pharmacy management, supervision and training with a national/ International/ organization, and having excellent background.
3. Good team work spirit.
4. A willingness to learn new skills.
5. Should have good Pharmacy management skill.
6. Know the classification, indications, dosage, side effects and contra-indications of all drugs dispensed at the pharmacy.
7. Fluent in Pashto, Dari have working knowledge of English.
8. Must be a good team member.
9. Be self motivated and be willing to accept extra, but relevant tasks.
10. Must be Honest, active and well mannered. |
