| Job Description |
Nationality: Afghan
CHA is a non-governmental, non-political, non-profit and non-sectarian humanitarian organization, working in health, education and agriculture for a developed Afghanistan in Kabul, Kandahar, Farah, Heart, Ghore, Balkh, Parwan, Kapisa and Faryab provinces.
CHA invites applications from qualified Afghan candidates for its Kabul based position+ travel of Agriculture Sector Coordinator.
Duties & Responsibilities: 1. Develop training curriculum and training material.
2. Develop 50radio programs per year related to horticulture & plant protection.
3. Participation in radio round tables related to horticulture & plant protection.
4. Develop Audiovisual scripts for Video clips production.
5. Develop training materials for face to face trainings.
6. Implementation of project activities based on project manual.
7. Develop training plan.
8. Develop positive relationships with agriculture colleagues.
9. Conduct training need assessment survey.
10. Provide timely, monthly project progress report.
11. Data collection and Follow up project monitoring system.
12. Transferring project information to program officer.
13. Foster a positive and productive professional work environment. |

| Qualifications |
1. University degree in agriculture.
2. Excellent management skills.
3. Good planning skills.
4. Excellent communication skills in Dari and Pashto.
5. Good in developing training curriculum and teaching aid material.
6. Fluency in Pashto, Dari, and English knowledge.
7. Competent in the use of key computer software programs.
8. Minimum 3 years experience in implementing of similar projects. |
