| Job Description |
Nationality: Afghan
MOVE is a National humanitarian, independent, non-political, non-sectarian organization would meet the most vital needs in the health system of Afghanistan by offering basic health care for the neediest people. Currently MOVE is looking for qualified person for the following position.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Develop spirit of cooperation and understanding among community and health facilities.
2. Ensure strong relationship with community shoras and community members.
3. Conducting regular meeting with community health committee.
4. Constitution of health shoras (health committee) with close participation of people.
5. Identification and selection of CHWs.
6. Implementation of CHW training.
7. Keeping proper records of all tests and results of trainees and report to the related section.
8. Providing on the job training for CHWs during field visits.
9. Supervising CHWs in his or her catchments area.
10. Monitoring health posts properties.
11. Ensure three ways link between community, CHWs and health facilities.
12. Do whatever job is delegate by the program community supervisors.
13. Support community action in all BPHS related issues.
14. Preparing community shoras and community participation documentation.
15. Monthly report of community program. |

| Qualifications |
1. BA or higher education (Male).
2. To have at least 1 years experience in related field.
3. To have good communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Knowledge of English, Dari and Pashto.
