Nationality: Afghan
Relief International (RI), an international relief and development agency with cross-sectoral programmes bridging relief and development, seeks a Livestock Consultant for its 'Alternative Development Program' in Nimroz Province.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Job Summary: Relief International (RI) is planning to conduct training session for the agricultural/livestock farmers and agricultural extension workers (AEW) in Zarang, Kang, Charburjok and Chakhansour districts under Nimroz province.
For this purpose, RI-ADP intends to hire an Expert Trainer (Consultant) who has substantial experience in the field of Agriculture, Livestock and fully responsible to implement the farmers and AEW training programme.
Responsibilities
Programme Management
1. Advise RI-ADP in finalizing farmers/AEW training program;
2. Create complete set of training materials
3. Conduct training for farmers/AEW training during the entire training period;
4. Evaluate performance of farmers/AEW during the training.
5. Produce a training report at the end of the training about the future training strategy and recommendations. |

| Qualifications |
1. University degree in Agriculture
2. A minimum of 10 years of experiences in the field of training management.
