Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Handling personal policies of CEO

2. Scheduling meetings & time management for CEO

3. Drafting letters and making PowerPoint presentations

4. Extensive research using print and internet

5. Assembling and analyzing information and preparing/ compiling databases

6. Office facilities management and maintenance

7. Statutory and bank documents submission

8. Support activities including servicing calls

9. All other tasks which is assign by CEO


Qualifications BA, MBA, MPA
Language: English, Pashto, Dari
Must have good communication skills.
Excellent in speaking and writing in English is a must. Additional language proficiency will be plus point.
Computer Skills: Advanced capability in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.

3-5 years experience in an administration or personal assistant.
