.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1.arrangement of work plan monthly, quarterly, half year and annual bases and reporting them to project manager
2.preparing and arrangement of basic guidelines for physical work on regional and urban planning(consulting with planning officer )
3.supervision and evaluation of all given task to group members
4.Collecting digits and figures for infrastructure of under plan zone in capital from relevant directories, in under plan regions from workshops. Government authorities , public and sample survey
5.Economic analysis of infrastructure and preparation of proposal for improvement of urban and regional infrastructure conditions in the way of regional and urban planning.
6.preparing of physical reports of infrastructure and preparation of complete report with consideration of regional and urban planning rules and principles
7.assistance with staff in preparing reports, editing, printing and preparing physical reports using GIS and Auto CAD software
8.preparing and presenting presentations to project personnel, ministries, and specialist and organizations
9.assistance in capacity building of ministry staff, university students and others

| Qualifications |
1.Having (MA) degree or equivalent in regional planning or Architecture with documented professional experiences in Architectural engineering.
2.At least 5 years documented experience in regional planning or architectural engineering.
3.Good knowledge of English language and computer programs (AutoCAD, GIS).
4.To be able to travel to the zonal offices of the Ministry (MoUD).
5.To be able of conducting technical seminars and workshops.
