Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Planning, coordinating and directing quality control program designed to ensure continuous production of products consistent with international standards.

2. Developing and analyzing products' specifications to determine conformity with international standards and establish proposed quality and reliability expectancy of finished products.

3. Formulating and analyzing quality control objectives and coordination objectives with production procedures in cooperation with other plane manager to maximize product reliability, quality and minimize costs.

4. Directing workers engaged in inspection and testing activities to ensure continuous control over materials, facilities, and products.

5. Planning, promoting and organizing training activities related to product quality and reliability.

6. Investigation and adjusting customer complaints quality.

7. Overseeing the evaluation of a finished product for quality and reliability.

8. Assisting in the development of QC standards for the company.

9. Requiring previous experience in the field or in a related area.

10. Being familiar with a variety of the field concepts, practices and procedures.

11. Relying on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

12. Performing a variety of tasks including leading and directing the work of others.

13. Reporting typically to head of the department.

14. Performing as directed by the head of the department.

15. Other relevant duties as required .
Qualifications At least Bsc.Civil Engineering.

Minimum 5 years of experience as Project manager.

Excellent Communication skills including Dari/Pashto and English.

Must Operate Computer and Ms Office.
