Duties & Responsibilities:
To defend the right of his clients & judicial and criminal cases in the court.
2. To attend all step/procedures of trial.
3. To Present reasonable reply in order to defend the client effectively.
4. To keep himself informed about the judicial process.
5. To study the all judicial documents related to the clients.
6. To keep all secrets of the clients.
7. To follow all the laws of Afghanistan Govt.
8. To carryout all the activities under the guidance of legal advisor.
9. To prepare claim sheet and reply fro all cases.
10. To collect information and reasons for cases.
11. Travel to all provinces, if necessary.
12. To keep order and discipline of the organization.

| Qualifications |
1.To have 5 Year experience in the related field.
2. Graduated from Sharia and Law faculty from recognized university.
3. To have sufficient experience in the field of commercial cases.
4. To have good communication skills.
5. Must have team working ability.
6. Fluent in English /Dari/Pashto both in spoken & written.
7. To have good computer skills (Ms Office, Internet)
