Duties & Responsibilities:
1)Providing and interpreting financial information;

2)Monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends;

3)Analyzing change and advising accordingly;

4)Formulating strategic and long-term business plans;

5)Researching and reporting on factors influencing business performance;

6)Analyzing competitors and market trends;

7)Developing financial management mechanisms that minimize financial risk;

8)Conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities;

9)Managing a company's financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems;

10)Liaising with auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out;

11)Developing external relationships with appropriate contacts e.g. auditors, solicitors, bankers and statutory organizations such as the
Inland Revenue;

12)Producing accurate financial reports to specific deadlines;

13)Managing budgets;

14)Arranging new sources of finance for a company's debt facilities;

15)Supervising staff;

16)Keeping abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation.
Qualifications 1)M Com/ CA inter or MBA Finance preferable.

2) More than 10 years of working experience at Finance related positions.

3)Good communication and written skills of Dari/Pashto and English languages.

4)Ability to respond to a variety of questions relating to the job.

5)Manages time efficiently under guidance and direction of line manager.

6)Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility in all aspects of working environment.

7)Good interpersonal and teamwork skills.
