Duties & Responsibilities: Heela Community Development Organization seeks Monitoring & Evaluation Officer. The Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Officer will be responsible for the daily management and implementation of program monitoring and data management.
DUTIES & RESPONIBILITIS
1.Support the Program Manager in the design and set-up of a comprehensive program Monitoring and Evaluation system
2.Manage data collection, input, and analysis relevant to program monitoring and evaluation
3.Support the Program Manager to develop key monitoring indicators for new programs, and/or redesign existing M&E systems/indicators as needed.
4.Monitor program performance in meeting established objectives.
5.Train program staff on M&E tools and plans
6.Produce monthly monitoring reports.
7.Prepare program monitoring and evaluation reports for submission to Program Manager.

| Qualifications |
Education High School Graduate At least 2-3 years of relevant professional experience in M&E.
Qualifications required: 1.High degree of computer literacy; Excel and Word are essential.
2.Ability to prepare clear and concise reports.
3.Excellent communication, writing and organizational skills.
4.Strong interpersonal and intercultural skills.
